Here’s a little about it.
Juxtapositions: artists respond to poets and poets respond to artists
12 poets and 12 artists will be selected by jury to participate in Juxtapositions: artists respond to poets and poets respond to artists. Poets will use the Japanese poetry form of a Haiku in response to a work of art, or an artist will respond to the poets Haiku. A jury of 3 poets and 3 artists will select 12 poets and 12 artists from South Carolina from the submissions received by December 15th. Any form of 2Dimensional artwork will be accepted. The exhibitionis scheduled for March 5 – April 30, 2010. An opening reception will be announced closer to the exhibition dates.
